We design the web site to suit your requirements and make sure that it provides a professional look and feel to inspire confidence in your visitors.

We provide the current date on the home page if required, keep your copyright notice up to date and allow you to change the contents during the year.

We will ensure that your web site is displayed correctly by all the major web browsers and that the site is downloaded quickly.

Each web page can contain the following:

	Up to 1,000 words of text ( which you provide).
	Up to 10 pictures or graphics (we can provide suitable copyright free pictures for your site).
	Maps to show your location and/or the area covered by your business.
	Links to other suitable web sites, for example, other businesses in your area and/or other organisations which could be of interest to your customers.
	Animation - We will provide animated e-mail links for your contact-us page. We believe that animation should only be used like this otherwise it draws the users attention from the rest of the web page.
	Simple online form - This can be used to provide online booking request form etc and the information will be sent to you in an email.

When you request a quote or place an order we will search for a suitable domain name for your business, we will suggest about ten names. We will ask you to pick your top three preferences. When we have received your deposit we will try to register your first choice of domain name. If we are unable to secure your first preference, we will try your second and so on.

We will ensure your site works correctly and fix any problems that occur. We use one of the biggest European Web hosting providers, they have modern and powerful computer centres across Europe that cost more than 5 Million Euro. The computer centres are protected against the effects of gas, fire, water, radiation and burglary. They have multi-redundant electrical supplies and connections to the WWW.

The e-mail account is provided by our hosting partner. It provides up to 50 Mb of e-mail space and can be configured to provide an automatic response to your incoming e-mails. This can be used to reassure your customers that you have received their e-mails and that they will receive an individual response in the near future.

We believe that your web site should provide the most up to date information about your business, so we include 4 web page contents changes in the first year to help you keep your customers well informed.

Web site promotion

We will submit your web site to all the major web search engines (Google, Alta Vista etc) and directories (Dmoz, Splut etc) depending on your desired audience, ie UK or world-wide. Depending on your desired audience we will submit your site to up to 300 search engines. We will also submit your web site to any free specialist regional and subject-related directories. We will also suggest which non-free directories you might want to consider.

Website Search Engine Optimisation

We will find the top 2 to 5 key word strings used to search for your type of business online and we will optimise your website to perform well on the main search engines.
