Step 1:- Obtaining a no obligation quote

By using our online quote request form (click here) we can provide you with an individual quote with suggestions for your domain name and an uptodate indication on the current available timescales.

Step 2:- Placing an order

When you place an order we will need the following:-

	An indication of the look and feel you require for your web site. This could be a simple sketch, a description in words, a current printed brochure or similar to a current web site.
	The words, pictures and graphics for each page of your web site. We can provide copyright free pictures for most subjects and maps for your location or area covered page. If you are ordering 10 or more web pages, you can send the first 5 pages with the order and send subsequent pages when they are ready.
	For each e-mail account we will require the name of the account e.g. bill.gates@yourdomain.co.uk. If you want an auto-response then we will need the text for the response (max 1024 words)
	A deposit of 20% of the price quoted.

Step 3:- Web Design Stage

When we have received your order we will do the following:-

	We will register your domain name and set up your e-mail accounts; during the design phase access to your web site will be via a password. We will send you details of your domain name, e-mail accounts, user name and password to access your web site.
	We aim to produce your home page within 3 working days, your quote will contain a more accurate timescale. This will be the first draft and we will amend it until you are satisfied.
	When you have approved the home page we will start on the other pages of your web site, when a page is finished we will e-mail so that you can review the page.
	After the approval of the home page we normally take between 5-21 days to complete all the pages, depending on the size and complexity of your web site.
	When you have approved the completed web site we will require the balance payment.

Step 4:- Web Publication

When we receive the balance payment we will do the following:-

	Remove the password protection of your web site.
	Start your first year of web and e-mail hosting.
	Promote your web site to the search engines, web directories, local and subject specific directories.
	Please note that it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months to be added to the main web search engines and directories.
	We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your web site, so we will make any changes you require in the first 30 days without using up any of your web page changes from your package.

Step 5:- Web Support

	If you experience any problems with your web site such as missing links or pages, then e-mail a description of the problem and we will try to fix it within 1 working day.
	Request a page change via e-mail and we will change it within 5 working days.
	We will send you a monthly e-mail with an executive summary of your web stats.
